If you need to send a payment today, please mail it to Nevada Community Management. Be sure to include your name, property address and account number (located at the top of your statement). If you own more than one property, please include a separate check for each property.
There are a variety of ways to pay assessments:
1. ACH/Auto Debit (**Recommended**) & (NO FEES)
This is the easiest way to pay! Our ACH system automatically debits your account for the exact amount when your assessment is due. All we need from you is a voided check and a completed ACH form that you can download here. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 702-222-2391 for assistance.
2. Pay Online Via Internet/ eCheck/Credit Card
You can make a one time payment using eCheck (electronically debited from your checking account), MasterCard, American Express or Discover*. OR set up a reoccurring payment for your monthly assessments.

3. Your Bank’s Online Bill-Pay
If you pay your assessments through an online bill-pay service, please update the payee information of your HOA to include your new Nevada Community Management Account Number.

4. Pay in our Office or by Mail
You can send your payment by check or money order payable to your homeowners' association and mail it along with the bottom portion of your statement to the payment processing center. Please write your homeowner account number on the check. Also, we do not accept cash payments.
