In an effort to be transparent, we want to inform you that we have been made aware by the vendor, that many of the annual coupon book orders are either still in production or have not shipped as of yet. We certainly share your frustration. They attribute the backlog to the national order volume and staffing deficiencies due to COVID-19. They are currently working around the clock to fulfill the pending orders.
