Official Rules for the Nevada Community Management (NEVCM) Weekly Amazon Gift Card Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Sponsor: The Nevada Community Management (NEVCM) Weekly Amazon Gift Card Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Nevada Community Management, LLC (NEVCM), located at 9500 West Flamingo Road #204, Las Vegas, NV 89147 (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who:
Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;

Reside in one of the Homeowners Association (HOA) communities managed by NEVCM in Clark County, Nevada, as verified by the Sponsor;

Are not employees, officers, directors, or agents of NEVCM, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, or any other entity involved in the administration of the Giveaway, or the immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child, or their respective spouses) or household members of any such persons.

Entrants must provide either their home address within an NEVCM-managed HOA community or their valid NEVCM HOA account number for eligibility verification.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on May 19, 2025, at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) and continues indefinitely with weekly entry periods until the Sponsor announces its termination (the “Giveaway Period”). Each weekly entry period begins on Saturday at 12:00:01 AM PDT and ends on Friday at 12:00:00 PM (noon) PDT (the “Weekly Entry Period”). Entries received outside of a Weekly Entry Period will not be considered for that week’s drawing.

How to Enter: To enter the Giveaway, eligible participants must:
Visit the official Giveaway entry form at nevcm.com during a Weekly Entry Period.

Complete and submit the entry form, providing either:
Their full home address within an NEVCM-managed HOA community; or

Their valid NEVCM HOA account number.

One-Time Entry Rule: Each person may submit only one (1) entry for the entire duration of the Giveaway. All repeat entries, whether submitted in the same Weekly Entry Period or across multiple weeks, are invalid and will be disqualified. Entries must be submitted by the entrant; entries submitted by any other individual or entity (e.g., commercial sweepstakes services) will be disqualified.

Free Method of Entry: No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. The sole method of entry is through the online form at nevcm.com, which is free to access.

Prize: One (1) prize will be awarded each week, consisting of a $100 Amazon Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100.00). The gift card is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Amazon, available at www.amazon.com. The total ARV of each weekly prize is $100.00.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-substitutable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.

All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection and Notification:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected each week from all eligible, non-duplicate entries received up to the end of the applicable Weekly Entry Period. The drawing will take place on Friday at approximately 12:00 PM (noon) PDT.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received up to the close of the Weekly Entry Period.

The potential winner will be notified via the contact information provided on the entry form (e.g., email or phone, as determined by the Sponsor) within three (3) business days of the drawing.

The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification and provide any additional information requested by the Sponsor to verify eligibility and HOA residency (e.g., proof of address or HOA account status).

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Prize Delivery: The $100 Amazon Gift Card will be delivered to the verified winner electronically (e.g., via email) or by mail to the address provided, at the Sponsor’s discretion, within thirty (30) days of winner verification. The Sponsor is not responsible for any delays or failures in delivery due to incorrect contact information provided by the winner or issues beyond the Sponsor’s control.

Publicity: By entering the Giveaway, entrants grant the Sponsor and its affiliates the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Privacy: Personal information collected from entrants (e.g., name, address, HOA account number, email) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, and contacting winners, and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law. General Conditions:
The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s control that compromises the integrity or fairness of the Giveaway. Notice of such changes will be posted at nevcm.com.

The Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries; (b) technical failures, including network or website malfunctions; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; or (d) any injury or damage to persons or property caused by participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway, including submitting multiple entries, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Compliance with Nevada Law:
In accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 462, this Giveaway is a promotional sweepstakes and not a lottery, as no payment or consideration is required to enter or win.

The Sponsor will deliver the prize to the winner without obligation and within thirty (30) days of winner verification, as required by Nevada’s Deceptive Trade Practice Laws.

Prize disclosures are provided in these Official Rules in a clear and conspicuous manner, as required by Nevada law.

The Giveaway complies with Clark County regulations for temporary or promotional events, and no additional permits are required for this online-only promotion, as it does not involve physical gatherings or sales.

Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless NEVCM, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

Disputes: Any disputes arising from the Giveaway shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Entrants agree that any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Winner List: To request the name of the weekly winner(s), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Nevada Community Management, LLC, 9500 West Flamingo Road #204, Las Vegas, NV 89147, Attn: Weekly Giveaway Winner List, within thirty (30) days after the applicable drawing date. Requests must specify the week for which the winner list is requested.

Official Rules: A copy of these Official Rules is available at nevcm.com/giveaway. In the event of any discrepancy between the online version and any printed version, the online version shall prevail.
